Which payment options can I use?

Do I have to register in order to be able to order anything?

You do not have to be a registered user to place an order. However, you will not be able to access our spare parts e-shop, which will only be available after you have registered with us.

How do I add products to my shopping cart?

If you are on a page showing a product overview (such as “Analytical Balances” or “Electronic Pipettes”), simply click on the shopping cart icon on the right-hand column of the product table.

If you are on a page showing the details of a specific product, click on the orange button identified by “Add to shopping cart“ to place this product in your shopping cart. This button is located on the right next to the product description.

Once you have added a product to the shopping cart, a number will appear next to the icon on the header navigation bar to show you how many products are in your shopping cart.

What should I do if I do not receive any confirmation by e-mail for my purchase?

Please check your spam filter settings first. If the problem still exists after you have made sure that confirmation is not being blocked, please contact our Customer Service

How can I order products that are not available in your e-shop or that are not listed in your e-catalog?

If a product is available in our e-shop, but you cannot directly order it, please click on the Contact button next to the product. If you do not find the product you wish to order in our e-catalog, please contact our Customer Service.

How can I remove a product from my shopping cart before ordering?

Click on the shopping cart icon located on the top right on the navigation bar header. Now you will be shown what your shopping cart contains. Click on the  icon located on the right next to the product name you wish to remove.

How do I cancel an order?

If the products you have ordered have not yet been shipped out, you can cancel your order. For this purpose, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I save my selection of products in my shopping cart and order later?

Currently, this function is not yet available; however, we are working on providing you with this function in the future.
