Shipping and Delivery

If a price is only available on request, what does that mean?

No current price information is available at the moment or the product cannot be directly ordered because it has to be custom-configured to your specific requirements. In addition, you may be trying to place an order from a country version of our website that is not yet linked to our e-shop.

So far, our e-shop is available for the following countries:

Austria
Switzerland
France
UK
Ireland
USA
Canada

Can I specify a shipping address that is different from my invoicing address?

Yes.

Do I have the right to return any products and obtain a refund?

We will accept return of any unopened products with a sufficient shelf life for a refund by deducting 30% off the original price to cover handling charges.

Can I return products free of charge?

No, you will need to pay the charges for return shipment, which will be at your own risk.

Are my products insured when they are shipped out to me?

Yes, as a rule, but this may not be the case for specific orders. If you are not sure, please contact our Customer Service to receive confirmation on our individual insurance policy.

What can I do if I receive a damaged product?

In this case, please contact the person responsible for you at our Customer Service. You will find contact details (phone/fax/e-mail) on the delivery note.

How much are the shipping charges?

If any shipping is charged for your order, these charges will be displayed in the last step of the ordering procedure.

What if I want to specify a special logistics service provider to ship my order?

In this case, please be sure to contact our Customer Service before you order.
