Part - 3: Select the Right Purification Approach for Your Process
Webinar Series: Your mRNA Process, Simplified
With mRNA vaccines serving as a major component in the fight against SARS-CoV-2 and the continued development of therapies against various indications, the need to produce mRNA has never been greater. In this three-part webinar series, experts from Sartorius demonstrate how improved processes, analytics, and tools are key in meeting that demand.
In this final webinar of the series, Sartorius purification experts demonstrate the flexibility that can be achieved with an mRNA purification toolbox featuring monolithic chromatography. As a new and rapidly developing field, one of the challenges for mRNA therapeutics and vaccines is the lack of standardization. With multiple production platforms, processes vary – as do the impurities that may be introduced. This impedes the development of a single purification platform.
What Will You Learn
- Show how to break down bottlenecks with a monolithic chromatography toolbox that offers purification solutions across multiple mRNA production platforms
- Demonstrate how to implement different capture chromatography steps for purification of mRNA from IVT reactions
- Share a scalable purification solution for commercial manufacturing of mRNA therapeutics
- Become familiar with monolithic chromatography solutions designed to overcome challenges in mRNA purification
- Learn how to implement affinity and non-affinity capture of mRNA from an IVT reaction mixture using CIMmultus® monoliths
