Head of Process Development, 3P Biopharmaceuticals
Olga joined 3P Biopharmaceuticals in 2012 and is responsible for a multidisciplinary team working in more than 40 project of process development, process optimization, technical transfer and process characterization. She is part of a team that designs, develops, scale up and validate the process to produce different recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies that are currently in late stage of clinical trials and commercial phase.
Olga has a Degree in Chemical Engineering and Master in Biotechnology Process Engineering both obtained in the Institute of Technology “José A. Echeverría”, Havana, Cuba. She has more than 25 years of experience in design, scale-up, optimization and validation of biotechnology processes
Application specialist CCT: Field Application specialist - Cell Culture Technologies
Lidia joined Sartorius in January 2019 and is an Application Specialist in Cell Culture Technologies group, responsible for Spain, Portugal & Italy. Previously she worked for 20 years at Zoetis Manufacturing & Research Spain, S.L. at the R&D Department as a Principal Scientist and has wide ranging expertise in animal cell biotechnology, biochemical engineering, process scale up, upstream and downstream processing, microcarrier technology and virology.
Lidia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Ph.D. in Cell Biology both obtained from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and is a member of the European Society for Animal Cell Technology (ESACT)
