How to identify the correct SDS?

All Safety Data Sheets (SDS) belonging to a material number/part code can be found by searching for the respective product number. The results can be narrowed down by applying the additional filters for country and/or language. The desired SDS should be chosen by considering all five identifiers. See explanation and example below.

Document nomenclature

Each document consists of five identifiers

Grey: The material number/part code
Yellow: The chemical identification number
Red: SDS variation corresponding to the area – either global or country specific.
Green: Language
Blue: SDS Version

How to identify SDS for kits?

Kits may have only one single product number which can include several separate components. These separate components will have separate SDSs which can be identified by the different chemical identification numbers (marked yellow). To ensure that you will receive all SDS for one kit you need to download the respective SDS for each individual chemical identification number. The component name will be provided in section 1 of the SDS.
